This photo is not symmetrically balanced, the towers are in the top of the picture and not evenly balanced on the bottom. This photo does not follow the rule of thirds. I think the clear focal point is the rainbow affect in the middle of the photograph. This photograph is horizontal, it is effective in this direction because it shows more of the towers and captures more of the pictures. There is depth in this photograph. In the front you see the towers and in the bottom of the background you see the small things that are big when up close. There are leading lines in this, they are the towers that are horizontally leading your eyes through the photograph.
